First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick
question that I’dlike to ask if you do not mind. I was
interested to knlw how you center yourself and cledar your thoughts before writing.
I ave had trouble clearing my mid in getting my ideas out.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 too 15 minutes
are usually lokst simply just trying to ffigure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

    Many thanks!
